I’ve been a client of Audi South since 2014. Overall a great experience with car buying or servicing my cars. Price is competitive, the team is knowledgeable and helpful. Had feedback given in the past with a few missteps (very small things I’m particular about) and they accepted  my suggestions and adjusted it to my liking. The store just got under a renovation and it looks even better. We love German cars but Audi is a fan favorite in our house because it is a trustworthy brand, safety features  make us stay with the brand for more than 18 years even when living abroad. Porsche takes second place in my list, who’s also wonderful and un, but a different drive and purpose.
I would recommend Gio for an even better experience. He goes above and beyond for his clients. He is delivering a real customer service, not easy to find nowadays.

My wife and I drove from Toronto to Orlando in early February for a vacation in our Audi Q7. After driving through several states, the car was pretty dirty and we also noticed the engine oil was getting low. We originally tried to find the correct oil at local auto parts stores like AutoZone, but we couldn’t locate the proper specification for the vehicle.

As a last-minute decision, we stopped by Audi South Orlando hoping to just purchase some oil and top it up ourselves.

What happened next honestly surprised us.

The service staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Instead of simply selling us oil, they offered to take care of it for us — and performed the oil service free of charge. On top of that, they even washed the car and cleaned and rinsed the interior floor mats. After a long road trip, that level of care meant a lot to us.

We were traveling from another country and had no appointment, yet they treated us like long-time customers. The professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly represent what a luxury brand experience should be.

I have been a loyal customer but this time I had enough. These people are a bunch of scammers. They sold me a car and less than a year I’ve had to bring the car in for service twice. And they charged me so much money. The car said low oil; next thing I know they found bunch of other things wrong with the vehicle; ended up charging me $3400 for repairs. They such thieves where they wanted me to trade in the car for a value of $3000! I regretted ever doing business with these nonsense people. They’re money hungry! Avoid them at all costs!
