I can’t say enough good things about LA City Cars!

After being turned down by several other dealerships, I was starting to lose hope of finding a reliable  car  for my family. Then I came here — and they made it happen! I ended up driving away in a beautiful Nissan Pathfinder that fits my family perfectly.

From start to finish, the team went above and beyond. Natasha and Chi were absolutely amazing and patient, honest, and super helpful throughout the entire process. They worked so hard to get me approved, and they treated me with genuine respect, not just like another customer. Once it came time for paperwork, Kelly took care of all the financing details and made everything smooth and easy to understand.

I noticed some reviews mentioning the extra add-ons, but honestly, even with those included, my deal was still better than anywhere else I checked. Plus, the LoJack they added actually ended up lowering my insurance cost  so it worked out to be a great value in the long run.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase and the service I received. The whole experience was stress-free, transparent, and friendly. If you’ve been turned down elsewhere or just want to be treated right, go see the team at LA City Cars. You won’t regret it!

Shady place,
We were interested in a car here, called to make an appointment and came in person. The instant we came in, they increased the price of the car by $2000. Then they proceeded to say they cannot pull up the record of the old price of the car because they are busy. For anyone looking for a car, I'd recommend never buying a car from this place and going to a dealer you can trust.

Don't believe their lies and fluff talk. To set the record straight, a phone call was placed to set up an appointment before going in to see the car the next day. The price was changed afterward and increased. Instead of owning up to their behavior, they try to double down, say that they are busy with other customers and cannot check the previous price for you, and try to say fluffy phrases like dynamic pricing, customer retention, etc.

This is literally the best dealership in the world !!!!
Natasha handled us like true VIP and the team there didn’t disappoint in any way shape or form!

Amir was a wonderful young gentleman and incredibly helpful. He helped me find my dream car! When I initially walked in, Amir spotted me from across the room and could tell I was a bit nervous (because I was). He kindly walked up to me and asked if I needed any help. I said yes and that I was looking for a new vehicle. With a big smile he said, "Well then you came to the right place, LA City Cars, located in Inglewood." I replied, "Well, I guess you guys do sell cars, don't you." We spent the rest of the day together testing cars and chatting about the Indianapolis Colts. He told me his brother was a Falcons fan and he wanted to pick a completely different team to support, so he decided on the Colts. I thought that was strange, but it didn't bother me nonetheless. After we finally stumbled upon a gorgeous Dodge Challenger, supercharged, high-speed monster with the Scat Pack, I hesitated and decided that wasn't the vehicle for me. So I went with a 2016 Toyota Camry, which my wife was pleased with. I would recommend LA City Cars to anyone in search of a new vehicle. Just ask for Amir, and don't bring up the Colts.
