1998 Toyota Land Cruiser

Lived its entire life on the West coast (registration records CA-WA). Bought in 8/22 at 237k miles. Currently 290k now but for 2UZ motors this is still considered lower mileage for its age. Well maintained and ready for years of fun with a new family. Since we got the truck it has been a daily driver and weekend vehicle. I would jump in the truck and drive cross county in a heartbeat. Drove to CO in August for a car event and back. Has factory rear locker 😊 Service since purchased: I replaced the timing belt, water pump, (Aisin kit) idlers and cam/crank seals at 237k. - new radiator - new diff support and new flanges -Starter and battery - new hoses and heater Tees. -added Dobinson rear springs for RTT and drawers. Has a little rake due to lift springs and less weight on the back now. Great for anyone that tows or plans to use for off highway adventures. In the last 3 years year have replaced: -alternator with 130 amp (replaced stock 90 Amp) -new coil pack on #8 -rebooted flang side CV on passenger side (OEM boot kit) - front sway bar links and bushings. -front wheel bearings and inner needle bearing. This year and Last year -wheel bearings and inner needle bearing on DS. -rear brake pads and rear DS rotor replaced. Not a perfect truck. But really a great adventure mobile. DS fender shows some clear coat pealing as does bumpers and body cladding on lower sides of doors. Some small dents present in the rear tailgate and doors from 28 years of service. Interior front seats leather is just starting to crack and go. Recovering learher on the bottoms of both front seats would make it pretty mint. Will come with pristine third row seats. Roof top tent removed, will come with low profile rack and crossbars. It is a fantastic truck, it doesn’t work for my current commute and need to something that will.
