I purchased a 2019 Audi Q5 Premium Plus from AutoNation about a year ago. This review is not about the car, but I do love it still!

Instead, I just wanted to give a shoutout to Isaac. Isaac was our salesperson and made the process extremely pleasant—not pushing us at all or handcuffing us to the showroom floor when my dad and I decided to leave and consider our options at lunch. My dad in particular has had some extremely unpleasant experiences at dealerships, and so it took him a very long time to be convinced that AutoNation might offer him different than he’s used to.

To make the process easier, we arranged financing during our lunch with our local credit union, Georgia’s Own, which is just across the state line in Kingsland. Isaac worked with us in that decision, and even commented about our rate being about what they would’ve been able to do in-house, which was a green flag of honesty! I loved his transparency and attitude if you can’t tell, and I was grateful for his patience. After things got lined up, we got in the room with the CFS Manager, Mr. Fred Farha, who provided us with AutoNation’s outside finance stipulations on paper, which I appreciated! The primary stipulation seemed to be that the cashiers check made payable to their dealership, which is understandable lol. After we signed about 6 million documents in the span of 20 minutes or so, we were out the door with an Audi on our own terms!

I couldn’t have been more excited, and felt like I was in a spaceship coming from an old Silverado with a lifter tap—again, not about the car! Just wanted to shout out Fred and Isaac at Autonation USA Jacksonville and recommend them for any auto needs. If you have anxiety about the process and have been putting it off, I know how that feels, but I also know how it feels to be weirdly relaxed as you chat with Fred about cashiers checks or whatever he likes to chat about. I know his printer was giving him trouble that day, so hopefully he got that worked out! I don’t know anything about printers. Attached is a photo of Isaac putting on the temp plate that got me across the state line back into Georgia in peace. Cheers!

Nick and Cameron were extremely helpful and reasonable when I sold my car to them. We were transparent with any issues and got a good deal. Would be more than willing to work with them again! The place was very clean and all the staff was friendly. No pressure or manipulation in negotiating price. We also had a lot of fun playing cornhole here. Thanks again!

I bought this car, a Honda CR-V, a few weeks ago. I had a lot of arguments because we were negotiating some details before buying it. At the first appointment after the purchase, they did nothing. Then I went back to the second, but they couldn't help me. I went back to a third, and they "repaired" it. Can you guess what it would be like if they had put paint on it and painted it that way? I was really upset and didn't want to complain, but it doesn't seem fair because they didn't do anything. What they promised before I bought it was that they would also repair the stained dashboard, along with the front windshield, which had some small cracks. They didn't do anything; it was as if they were making fun of me. The person who helped me was very friendly, and I don't think the repair was in their hands; it's just that those who maintain the car seem to take their job lightly.

Jose and his manager were very accommodating and not pushy. They were very kind and his manager seemed to know quite alot about my car. Which was a pleasant surprise. Very welcoming and patient. They made me feel very welcomed.
