My partner and I recently bought a Tesla model S from Allen and originally we were just going to look at it and kind of filled the place out because of past experiences at other dealers were not so great Allen and his staff were so friendly and nice we did not fill in any way pressured into anything the whole experience was absolutely great. I would highly recommend if you’re trying to buy a used car to buy it from call motors. Allen also had a lot of knowledge of the cars specifically the one we were buying to. Which made us feel a lot more comfortable with it. We don’t just feel like we went and bought a car at a used car lot. It felt more like we made a friend in the process and got a good deal on a car that we loved. Thank you again Allen.

I’ve never bought from a dealer and I’ve purchased 15+ cars over the years.

These guys rule. Allen and Derrin were honest, had integrity and followed through. I didn’t feel like I was being “sold” or pressured.

I live on the other side of the country and seek out cars from Arizona because they are spotless and have no issues with rust, etc.

I will go back to these guys for my next cars.

Brothers Allen & Derrin were (both) flexible very knowledgable & friendly. They gave us detailed info up-front about the vehicle we were looking at (a very clean 2017 Yukon XL Denali) which helped us make a smart informed purchase - within our price range. We also appreciated & enjoyed their no pressure/ casual approach to sales and family small business atmosphere. Highly recommended especially if you are looking to buy w/ cash & like the idea of getting in & out the door in less than an hour with keys & pink slip to your next vehicle!

I drove over three hours to inspect a truck I was interested in purchasing. Upon arrival, the vehicle was not in the condition described in the listing. The emblems were covered in glue residue, the “A” in “RAM” was falling off, several decals were peeling, the back passenger door window rattled inside the door when opening and closing the door, and the truck was noticeably dirty. The owner mentioned he had a “fun weekend” with it and claimed he had cleaned it prior to our visit, but that was clearly not the case. There was also visible oil or residue underneath the vehicle, raising additional mechanical concerns. The owner did not lie, however seemed to withhold important information until asked.

After viewing the truck, I thanked the salesman, Alan, for his time and explained that we were going to consider the vehicle after looking at other options. I was being polite, as I didn’t want to directly say how poor the truck’s condition appeared. My father, who accompanied me, then kindly mentioned that we had some concerns about the truck’s mechanical condition and that this was why we were choosing not to move forward.

Following that, my father mentioned he was a “big fan” of Power Wagons. Alan responded, “You can’t have one unless you buy one.” My father replied, “I’ve got to have the money first,” to which Alan said, in an irritated tone, “You should have the money before you go shopping.” His tone throughout this exchange was insulting and rude, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.

While I was the actual buyer, I was extremely disappointed by the way we were spoken to. As a 100% disabled combat veteran, I found the experience disrespectful and disheartening. We ultimately chose not to purchase the vehicle due to both the poor condition of the truck and the lack of professionalism displayed by the salesman.

I would strongly advise that if you are a veteran or law enforcement professional, you avoid doing business here. This dealership appears to lack the core values of respect, integrity, and professionalism that are foundational within those communities
(I don’t have pictures of the truck when I went to see it, at the time I felt that would be intrusive due to not purchasing the vehicle and it was before the rude interaction, however here is the truck pictured in their ad)
