Beware when purchasing a preowned vehicle from Lexus West Palm Beach.  I recently purchased a preowned IS300 that had been purchased from that dealership and traded before the lease expired.  The vehicle was subject to a sideswipe collision that was displaced in the CarFax report, however the multipage Car Fax report which was apparently required to be signed by the purchaser was presented for signature front and page pages only but not the page with details of the collision.  This page did not have my signature that indicated that I was aware of the accident.  The body repair is now failing and when Lexus Palm Beach was advised and shown I was informed the vehicle was sold as is and they had no responsibility.  This is a $36,000+ vehicle that I bought being told and on paper it was in excellent condition.   When I inquired who did the repairs I was told Lexus would not assist.   I like the vehicle and want to keep it but after trying several car repair shops I was told it was a substandard repair, and no one attempt to repair it.
I would have expected a different level of attention and service for a Lexus Dealership especially since we have purchased three cars from Lexus of Palm Beach.  Unfortunately, all I have received is substandard service and a shady buying experience.  My advise, have an independent person inspect the vehicle prior to buying and carefully read and make sure all pages of the CarFax are presented be for buying.  Pick you dealer carefully.  I will never again buy from Lexus of Palm Beach

I had an excellent experience with Brian Kobus, the Assistant Service Manager at Lexus of Palm Beach. He went above and beyond to make sure everything with my car was handled smoothly. Brian is patient, extremely knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain things in a way that actually makes sense. He didn’t rush me and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process.
