Had a solid experience at Vera Cadillac. The best part of my experience was dealing with my wonderful Salesman, Emanuel. He was very polite, eager to please, professional and had a very positive attitude. I appreciated that he valued my time and tried not to waste it. Although I didn't leave with the car I wanted on the first visit, Emanuel kept working with me via text, and presenting me with numbers on various trims until we came to an agreement on a beautiful Nimbus metallic Lyriq. I came back and picked it up the next day. Other than having to wait well over 1hr just to be seen by the Finance Manager, the 2nd visit went well. Giuseppe, the Finance Manager was a nice guy and didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want. Vera Cadillac is a long way from my house but it was worth the drive passing other Cadillac dealers along the way. Unlike other dealers, they didn't play any games, I didn't have to do the back and forth dance with various managers and they had a great inventory. Highly recommended if you're considering a Cadillac. My wife loves her new Lyriq.

We were quite stressed about finding the right car, but Gus ( Gustavo ) was a total breath of fresh air. He has this wonderful way of making the whole process feel calm and easy. He stayed patient with all our questions and never once pressured us. It’s rare to find someone in this industry who prioritizes people over profits, but Gus is that person. If Conrad is your service advisor run away or ask for someone else. Zero communication. Brought my car in for 3 reasons. Tire rotation, warranty job on the speakers and warranty job on the seat. They couldn’t duplicate the seat issue so that’s fine. Somewhat fixed the speakers and did tire rotation. Notice the steering wheel when straight drives my lyriq to the left. Stated it should take a week to correct and if not bring it back.

Also stated to Conrad on Monday December 1st that the speakers still make the same noise and sent a video to him with no answer back. Called today to try and get at least my alignment properly done seeing how that cost me $215 and was told I could schedule a service appointment for 12/15/25 or they would give me a call back in 5 - 10 minutes because they actually had some walk in availability and of course no call back. On top of everything paid to have my car detailed Friday and thought they kept the plastic seat protector on the seat while working on it but instead mechanic ripped it off and got grease all over my seats. Wouldn’t be that big of an issue if they just properly communicated with their customers
