These guys sure know how to treat a customer. The owner himself welcomed me at the front door and asked Todd to take care of me. Todd was amazing as well as Ulises, the sales manager. They totally understood my needs and helped me with everything I needed to get the car I wanted. They even delivered the car to me, car washed and full tank. Premium service. We had an amazing experience at Vera this past weekend… Our Salesman Eddy was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, polite and very professional! We did appreciate that he was calm, cool and collected… he listened to us and what we needed… without being pushy or annoying… A big shout out to the Manager Jose Diaz who was awesome as well… he met our requirements and was able to get us the best price by fully understanding exactly what we wanted…. The Finance Director was extremely knowledgeable and super fast with all our paperwork….as well as very friendly and make us feel comfortable… We walked in and out of the dealership with a brand new car, everything completed, in less than two hours … an hour and a half tops!
