  Had a solid experience at Vera Cadillac. The best part of my experience was dealing with my wonderful Salesman, Emanuel. He was very polite, eager to please, professional and had a very positive attitude. I appreciated that he valued my time and tried not to waste it. Although I didn't leave with the car I wanted on the first visit, Emanuel kept working with me via text, and presenting me with numbers on various trims until we came to an agreement on a beautiful Nimbus metallic Lyriq. I came back and picked it up the next day. Other than having to wait well over 1hr just to be seen by the Finance Manager, the 2nd visit went well. Giuseppe, the Finance Manager was a nice guy and didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want. Vera Cadillac is a long way from my house but it was worth the drive passing other Cadillac dealers along the way. Unlike other dealers, they didn't play any games, I didn't have to do the back and forth dance with various managers and they had a great inventory. Highly recommended if you're considering a Cadillac. My wife loves her new Lyriq.

  My overall experience with service here has been frustrating, mainly due to repeated issues with the work performed by the mechanics. On more than one occasion, my car has been returned dirty, with oil marks inside the vehicle, oil spilled in the engine bay, and service items not properly completed or reset, which raises real concerns about attention to detail and quality control. That said, Chris has always been welcoming and helpful when I’m able to reach him, even though he can be difficult to get in touch with at times. I do appreciate his professionalism and willingness to listen. Unfortunately, the mechanical execution continues to fall short, and that ultimately defines the service experience.

  This was my personal experience at Vera Cadillac, and it was truly out of this world—friendly, kind, and respectful from start to finish. If you’ve ever wanted to be treated like real family by people you’ve just met, this is the place. Honestly, you don’t just want to come here—you need to come here. With more than 30 years buying my own cars, I can’t believe I had never experienced something like this before. Buying a car is supposed to be a happy moment, right? No back-and-forth games, no sales manager pressure, no being pushed into extras or a color you never wanted—and that’s exactly what you get here. At Vera, from the moment I walked in until the goodbye, I had a smile on my face. Thank you all for truly making me feel like family. Leor, the salesman, was amazing throughout the entire process. Jose, the manager, personally introduced himself, stepped in to help with an issue that wasn’t even theirs, and made it his own—no catch, no excuses. How often does that happen at a dealership? At least, it never has for me. I could keep going, but then I’d be writing a book 😆🤣 If you’re looking to buy a GM, Buick, or Cadillac, this is a safe and honest place to come. And if you’ve never experienced what I’m describing, stop reading this review and go tell them you read it—and that you want to feel the same way.
