  • Had a solid experience at Vera Cadillac. The best part of my experience was dealing with my wonderful Salesman, Emanuel. He was very polite, eager to please, professional and had a very positive attitude. I appreciated that he valued my time and tried not to waste it. Although I didn't leave with the car I wanted on the first visit, Emanuel kept working with me via text, and presenting me with numbers on various trims until we came to an agreement on a beautiful Nimbus metallic Lyriq. I came back and picked it up the next day. Other than having to wait well over 1hr just to be seen by the Finance Manager, the 2nd visit went well. Giuseppe, the Finance Manager was a nice guy and didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want. Vera Cadillac is a long way from my house but it was worth the drive passing other Cadillac dealers along the way. Unlike other dealers, they didn't play any games, I didn't have to do the back and forth dance with various managers and they had a great inventory. Highly recommended if you're considering a Cadillac. My wife loves her new Lyriq.

From start to finish Alex was professional, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. During the diagnostic process, a significant engine issue was discovered. Alex worked directly with Vera Cadillac GMC and GMC Corporate to review the situation, and they ultimately authorized the engine repair under warranty, which saved me over $5,000 in repair costs. What really stood out was the level of communication, transparency, and advocacy Alex showed throughout the process. He took the time to explain what was happening, coordinated with GMC on my behalf, and made sure everything was handled the right way. It’s clear that Vera Cadillac GMC’s service department and GMC stand behind their vehicles, and having a service advisor like Alex who truly looks out for the customer makes a big difference. I’m extremely appreciative of the support from Alex, the Vera Cadillac GMC team, and GMC Corporate for getting this resolved the right way. Highly recommend Alex and the service team at Vera Cadillac GMC if you need service on your GMC.

  • We were quite stressed about finding the right car, but Gus ( Gustavo ) was a total breath of fresh air. He has this wonderful way of making the whole process feel calm and easy. He stayed patient with all our questions and never once pressured us. It’s rare to find someone in this industry who prioritizes people over profits, but Gus is that person.
