  • Had a solid experience at Vera Cadillac. The best part of my experience was dealing with my wonderful Salesman, Emanuel. He was very polite, eager to please, professional and had a very positive attitude. I appreciated that he valued my time and tried not to waste it. Although I didn't leave with the car I wanted on the first visit, Emanuel kept working with me via text, and presenting me with numbers on various trims until we came to an agreement on a beautiful Nimbus metallic Lyriq. I came back and picked it up the next day. Other than having to wait well over 1hr just to be seen by the Finance Manager, the 2nd visit went well. Giuseppe, the Finance Manager was a nice guy and didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want. Vera Cadillac is a long way from my house but it was worth the drive passing other Cadillac dealers along the way. Unlike other dealers, they didn't play any games, I didn't have to do the back and forth dance with various managers and they had a great inventory. Highly recommended if you're considering a Cadillac. My wife loves her new Lyriq.

We did appreciate that he was calm, cool and collected… he listened to us and what we needed… without being pushy or annoying… A big shout out to the Manager Jose Diaz who was awesome as well… he met our requirements and was able to get us the best price by fully understanding exactly what we wanted…. The Finance Director was extremely knowledgeable and super fast with all our paperwork….as well as very friendly and make us feel comfortable… We walked in and out of the dealership with a brand new car, everything completed, in less than two hours … an hour and a half tops!
