  • Had a solid experience at Vera Cadillac. The best part of my experience was dealing with my wonderful Salesman, Emanuel. He was very polite, eager to please, professional and had a very positive attitude. I appreciated that he valued my time and tried not to waste it. Although I didn't leave with the car I wanted on the first visit, Emanuel kept working with me via text, and presenting me with numbers on various trims until we came to an agreement on a beautiful Nimbus metallic Lyriq. I came back and picked it up the next day. Other than having to wait well over 1hr just to be seen by the Finance Manager, the 2nd visit went well. Giuseppe, the Finance Manager was a nice guy and didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want. Vera Cadillac is a long way from my house but it was worth the drive passing other Cadillac dealers along the way. Unlike other dealers, they didn't play any games, I didn't have to do the back and forth dance with various managers and they had a great inventory. Highly recommended if you're considering a Cadillac. My wife loves her new Lyriq.

  • My overall experience with service here has been frustrating, mainly due to repeated issues with the work performed by the mechanics. On more than one occasion, my car has been returned dirty, with oil marks inside the vehicle, oil spilled in the engine bay, and service items not properly completed or reset, which raises real concerns about attention to detail and quality control. That said, Chris has always been welcoming and helpful when I’m able to reach him, even though he can be difficult to get in touch with at times. I do appreciate his professionalism and willingness to listen. Unfortunately, the mechanical execution continues to fall short, and that ultimately defines the service experience.
