I never used the face mask. The decolletag was used. The face Velcro portion is new as well. I purchased an Asurion 3 year warranty plan on Amazon for $150-$174.99. I checked with Asurion and I can transfer the warranty to you. The original price of the unit was $309 with tax and the warranty was $25.99. Warranty purchased May 10, 2024, so you would still have about a couple more years. I did not use the unit this entire time. I'd say the neck portion was used starting earlier this year and then I just stopped using.
