I wish I had listened to the warning signs. Just because a place is cheap doesn’t mean the cars or service will be any good. In fact, you’ll end up paying much more in stress, lies, and lost money.

There is nothing “royal” about Best Royal Car Rentals. They sound polite and helpful over the phone, but don’t let that fool you — once they get your deposit, they’ll completely change.

They scammed me out of my deposit, then tried to gaslight me with fake paperwork, false mileage claims, and made-up fees. When I asked for proof or clarification, they became defensive and shady. Eventually, they blocked my number, and any contact info they gave me went nowhere.

This place preys on students, foreigners, and anyone unfamiliar with car leasing in the U.S. They take advantage of your trust and then leave you with nothing but lies.

If you’re thinking of doing business with them — don’t. If you value your money and sanity, stay far away. Best Royal Car Rentals is not just unprofessional — they are deceptive and operating like a scam ring.

This dealership is a complete scam operation, and I’m writing this to warn others—especially students and foreigners, who they seem to target the most.

They took my deposit under false pretenses, then made up fake mileage numbers and calculations to justify inflated prices. When I asked for a clear breakdown of the costs or the account details, they avoided the questions completely.

It gets worse—they blocked my phone number when I called back to follow up. They gave me a fake phone number for someone who could “help,” but that number doesn’t even work. When I tried calling the original number again, no one picked up, and eventually, I was blocked again.

This is not a legitimate business. Their behavior is deceptive, unethical, and predatory. They will take your money and disappear.

Please—do not trust this place. If you're a student, a new resident, or unfamiliar with U.S. car-buying processes, stay far away. There are honest dealerships out there, but this is not one of them.

This dealership is one of the most unethical and scammy businesses I’ve ever dealt with. I’m writing this review to protect others from falling into the same trap — especially students, foreigners, or anyone unfamiliar with car leasing in the U.S.

Here’s exactly what happened:

I was scammed out of $500 under the claim that it was a “fully refundable deposit.” After I paid, they suddenly changed the story and presented fake paperwork to justify keeping the money. None of it matched what we discussed, and the numbers were clearly made up to cover their tracks.

They also made a series of false promises about the condition of the car I leased. They assured me it would be fully serviced and inspected, but when I picked it up, there were multiple issues they completely neglected, including [insert a specific example if you have one — e.g., brakes, tires, lights, registration, etc.].

When I tried to reach out to resolve the issue:

They stopped answering my calls

They blocked my number

They gave me a fake “support” number that doesn’t work

This is a dishonest operation designed to take your money and avoid accountability. They prey on people who are trusting or unfamiliar with the process — and once they have your money, they disappear.

Please do not make the same mistake I did. Avoid this place at all costs. They are deceptive, unethical, and absolutely not to be trusted.

Spent 10,000 on a truck that I cannot drive due to excessive frame rust. Brought the truck to a chevrolet dealership and they said it is unsafe to drive and to park the truck and it could break in half at any minute. After repeated attempts to contact Best Royal Cars they finally got back with me after 2 weeks and will not do anything about the situation. I now have a 10,000 dollar vehicle that I cannot use whatsoever.

These pictures were takes was about 4 months after the purchase and this is years of rust damage.

This is absolutely ridiculous

I finally got my first car after a lot of searching. Mr. Victor at the dealership was very helpful and my sister, who helped me buy the car, loved working with him. Not pushy at all like some other salesmen, he gave us time and multiple test drives and was very patient with us. I highly recommend this dealership. Great car and affordable pricing.
