Hi this is an old device or phone between 2014 and 2016 Alcatel Onetouch Pixi Pulsar. It is locked to tracfone so only GSM tracfone sim cards works in it. My mother bought it from Walmart in 2016 for my young brother for his birthday, but he didn't liked because it's slow and small screen and bad camera quality. Last time used was in 2017. The bad things about are: 1) battery last for about 2 hours. 2) speaker is dead or not working. 3) youtube app does not work so you can go to youtube in Chrome browser. 4) Chrome browser doesn't get updates because of age of this phone, but the Chrome browser app still works fine. Other than that you can use it as a radio or mp3 player for music, or make calls, or for parts.
