I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience with Premium Autos Inc. was so frustrating and unprofessional that I feel obligated to warn other people before they make the same mistake I did.

I was in real need of a car, and even though I noticed several red flags during the process, I still went through with the purchase. I genuinely regret it. From the moment I walked in, the customer service felt careless, dismissive, and unprofessional. It seemed like no one there actually cared about helping customers—just about making a quick sale.

The biggest issue was the vehicles themselves. Most of the cars on their lot appeared to be salvaged or had serious history concerns, yet the information they provided was incomplete, unclear, or flat-out inconsistent. The Carfax reports were not accurate or fully disclosed, and key details about the vehicle’s condition were glossed over. I felt misled, and anyone who shops here needs to be extremely cautious.

Overall, the entire operation came off as shady and rushed, with very little transparency and zero regard for the customer’s trust. I walked away feeling like I wasted my time, money, and energy. I don’t regret much in life, but I truly regret doing business with this place.

If you value honesty, professionalism, and reliable information, do yourself a favor and avoid Premium Autos Inc. There are far better dealerships out there that actually care about their customers and the cars they’re selling.

Despite all the bad reviews this dealership has I have to say my experience was very good. I traded in my Escalade and got a good deal on a Tesla. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Kamila. She took good care of us. Thank you Premium Autos.

The sales manager Debrah that we spoke with was extremely, horribly unprofessional. I was very interested in taking my business there but will have to go elsewhere. She explained she didn’t want her time waisted. Also stating a price break down that was not listed on the website. Should we say (SCAM)? As a customer trying to purchase a vehicle for our family, this was very disappointing but I’m glad I experienced this with her because I will not be going to this dealership ever as well I will be making it known not to go there for future customers. Don’t waist your time there because unfortunately customers don’t matter to this dealership. If I could put 0 stars that would most definitely be my rating. I feel deeply sorry for first time buyers. And for her employees….. Because if she treats her customers like this I can only imagine how she treats her employees. I really hope you all read these reviews because I didn’t and I regret it.

Tried calling this dealership and of course an AI answers. Nobody would pick up, and about 6 minutes later someone finally calls me back. Turns out the car I was calling about isn’t even in stock. I asked for an out-the-door price and they wouldn’t give me one — huge red flag. I asked if there was anyone else I could talk to, maybe a manager, and she says nobody’s available. No manager on a Saturday? Seriously?

It’s pretty clear they just want people to come in so they can pile on a bunch of add-ons nobody wants and jack up the price. The advertised price is NOT real. Don’t waste your time — I’m warning you.

I was there for a Tesla before the EV rebate gone. I never had this kind of bad experience in the past, the female sales person with Louis Vuitton accessories, tatoos, needs to learn how to treat the customers better. Very rude and pushing too much, aggressive. I'm not your friend or employee. Way too rude. Forced me to buy the battery warranty $2,000 and theft Protection $2,000 that is $4,000 on the top of car price. What is the point of the $4,000 rebate then? Dealership fee is another additional $1,000. why so rude and pushy? The EV credit comes from the Federal, it's not a discount form the dealership. Be humble and respectful at least, they are taking advantage of the customers. There are a lot of bad reviews about the customer service. I was going to get 1 more Tesla if the dealership is fair with the customers since i need 2 cars for my family members. They lost 2 cars being so rude and greedy, lack of empathy. Very sketchy.
Never coming back and won't recommend to anyone. They are definitely not doing right. I saw several violations during the process.
