New, never used. Bought it to replaced my old seal because it was leaking when I put the new one, my washer did not want to start. I had put to much money on my washer that I rather not fix it. When I went to return the part at the store, they did not want to take it back because I did not have the receipt. I paid 130 for it. I also have the new drain motor pump.
