And the thickness is 3/16 or .188 so they are quite strong and will hold a lot of weight Two of them are 86 inches tall, not counting the beam holder, and two are 93 inches tall, also not including the beam holder. The plates and beam holders are a quarter-inch thick, and the poles are 3/16 inch thick. I was planning to build a porch but didn't so they are New not rusted the bottom was painted white because i was planning to place them 4 inch underground. Altogether, I spent $780 dlrs and Each pole has two pieces welded to it: the plates at the bottom and the beam holders at the top. Three plates have an 8-inch diameter, and one has a 10-inch diameter and is thicker. They could be used for these type of structures. 1. Pergola or Gazebo Frame: Use them as structural supports for an outdoor seating area. 2. Carport: Create a covered parking space
