Seeking donations for Boots to Success

At Boots to Success, our mission is to remove barriers to employment by providing essential work-related items and supportive resources that empower individuals to achieve self-sufficiency. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to secure meaningful employment, regardless of their circumstances. We serve individuals facing financial hardship, homelessness, domestic violence, reentry after incarceration, unemployment, and other challenges by providing work boots, shoes, interview attire, clothing, safety equipment, hygiene kits, and referrals to community resources. Our goal is to ensure every client has the confidence, dignity, and tools needed to begin or maintain employment. Beyond meeting immediate needs, we build partnerships with employers, businesses, community organizations, and volunteers to create pathways toward long-term success. These collaborations help individuals overcome obstacles, strengthen independence, and improve quality of life. We are committed to treating every person with compassion, respect, and dignity while fostering hope and opportunity. By helping people take their first step into the workforce, we create lasting change for individuals, families, and our community.
