I had an excellent experience with Cascade Motors. The entire team was professional, honest, and very helpful throughout the whole process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions clearly, and treated me with respect from start to finish.

The customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciated their transparency and attention to detail. The vehicle was in great condition exactly as described, and the overall buying experience exceeded my expectations.

My experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing. I’ve had my vehicle for only five months, and I’ve already had to bring it back to the dealership THREE separate times because of problems.

On the second day of having the vehicle, the check-engine light came on. I immediately brought it back. I was told the O2 sensor was triggering the light and that they had done something to stop it from triggering. That left me very concerned about whether the actual underlying issue was properly diagnosed.

Since purchasing the vehicle, I’ve also had multiple other problems:

• The headlight has condensation inside of it.
• The bottom portion of the rear LED light strip is going out.
• The front driver/passenger door handle button doesn’t work.
• The doors don’t stay open because they’re missing a part, causing them to shut on their own.
• The wheels had level 5–6 corrosion. I was told they sanded them down until air wasn’t being released anymore.
• The AC didn’t work and eventually had to be repaired.

I also repeatedly asked about the vehicle’s oil-change history because I wanted to make sure it had been properly maintained before I purchased it. I wasn’t given a clear answer despite asking multiple times. When I was finally told that the last oil change was in January 2025, I was shocked.

I asked if they would perform an oil change because the vehicle had apparently gone that long without one and this was an issue that existed before I even purchased the vehicle. I was told they would do the oil change if I bought the oil and a funnel myself.

The dealership also had my vehicle for over two weeks. I was specifically told through text that they needed to keep my vehicle longer because it was going to be detailed. When I got it back, it was still dirty and the detailing had not been done.

Things got even worse when I brought my concerns to the owner. I also confronted him about one of his employees sexually harassing me. The owner’s response was that that was between me and the employee. Instead of taking the complaint seriously or trying to address the situation professionally, he then told me that if I came back onto the property, he would call the police. He also told me that they would not fix my headlight.

I’ve had this vehicle for FIVE MONTHS and it’s already been back to the dealership THREE TIMES. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly return a vehicle I just purchased to get basic issues addressed.

I spent my hard-earned money expecting a dealership to stand behind the vehicle they sold me. Instead, I’ve dealt with repeated problems, poor communication, broken promises, and extremely disappointing customer service.

If I could give this dealership ZERO stars, I would. If you’re considering buying a vehicle here, I strongly recommend getting an independent inspection and getting EVERYTHING they promise in writing. I wish I had done that before purchasing.

We drove from out of state to snag a vehicle from these guys and they are great. Very honest and hid nothing. Pics were not used to hide anything. Kyle had the vehicle all ready for us and he even helped me with some paperwork a few days later for the DMV. Great group, great prices, would definitely recommend these guys.

Was my first time buying a car, so I was a little nervous about everything, but John was so amazing and helpful through the whole process. The banks ended up being closed the day I bought my car but luckily they were able to take other forms of payment and were so patient with me through it all!

Absolutely terrible experience with Cascade Motors.

I purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion that was represented to me as a rebuilt title vehicle. After nearly two months of asking why my plates still had not arrived, I finally discovered the car was actually a branded salvage title out of Oregon.
Instead of being upfront, I got excuse after excuse. Paperwork delays, changed sale dates on temporary tag paperwork, and then claims that the vehicle suddenly needed a Washington inspection because it came from Oregon. Even after sending me a photo of the title showing “salvage,” they continued referring to it as rebuilt.

Communication was awful the entire time. Messages were ignored, questions were dodged, and I constantly had to chase them down for answers while my temporary tags eventually expired.

Only after escalating the issue through the Department of Licensing did they finally agree to refund me.

Now the same Fusion is already back on Marketplace listed as a rebuilt title vehicle again. Hopefully the next buyer gets more honesty than I did.
Buyer beware.

UPDATE: RESPONSE

I appreciate the response, however the core issue remains the same: the vehicle was represented to me as rebuilt, and I did not learn it was actually a branded Oregon salvage title until nearly two months later after repeatedly asking why my plates had still not arrived.

Had that information and process been explained clearly from the beginning, this entire situation likely could have been avoided.

I’m grateful the dealership
ultimately refunded me, but the experience was still extremely stressful and frustrating to go through as a customer.
