Great sturdy unit. I’d still use it, but just had 2 back surgeries and am too chicken to use it now. It does lock in flat position, but I liked hanging all the way upside down. All parts included that it came with, arch support, pressure point balls.(one is a little chewed up, but still works fine) cd and tools.
