Picture Frame Birch Creek Autumn by Artist Katherine Liu

Beautiful picture frame Birch Creek Autumn by Artist Katherine Liu. The artwork features a tranquil, hazy wetlands scene featuring bare autumn thickets, a dense cluster of brush, wild grasses, and slender birch-like branches, lining a quiet creek. The use of bleeding watercolor washes mimics fog, falling autumn leaves, giving the composition a dreamy, textured look. Colors are soft pastel shades of pink, mauve, earth tones, and muted grays, creating an ethereal, misty quality. Triple matting with a dark teal-green outer mat layer, a cream accent border and an inner brown mat liner designed to complement the natural tones of the landscape. Frame is a light wood grain finish combined with intricate, cream-colored scroll and floral accents positioned at the center of all four outer borders, as well as on each of the four corners. Metal picture hanging wire spans horizontally across the backing, attached at both sides supporting the heavy frame. Measures: 20" X 33"
