Wes and the rest of the staff at Concord Lexus made our experience so seamless. I never got a pushy vibe. They delivered on everything, from the exact type of car I wanted (they searched everywhere for “my” car) to the price we were willing to pay. I leased a 26 tx350 from Lexus of concord and the experience was more than awesome. Randy was my salesperson and he was super nice , professional, honest, and very easy to work with. No pressure, smooth process and everything was explained clearly. By far one of the best car dealing experience I’ve had. Highly recommend Randy and Lexus of Concord. In response to Stephanie’s comment: I had already spoken with her directly to address this issue before she posted her reply here, yet nothing further was done. It feels as though they’re hoping the problem will simply go away. Her comment reads like another scripted response meant to check a box rather than actually resolve anything. As mentioned in my original review, their priority seems to be protecting their own interests—not the customer’s experience.

Absolutely disgraceful experience at Lexus of Concord Service Department. If there were an option for negative stars, this place would deserve it!

I brought in a BRAND-NEW 2025 Lexus RC F with barely 100 miles on it, and their so-called service department damaged a carbon fiber body kit piece. Instead of taking ownership, service consultant Tony Sawaya showed zero accountability, zero empathy, and zero professionalism. His priority wasn’t resolving the issue—it was shoving paperwork in front of me for a signature. When I pressed for answers, he walked away mid-conversation to prioritize another customer, clearly leaving me standing there as if my time and their mistake meant nothing.

The message was loud and clear: Lexus of Concord only cares about protecting their bottom line, not their customers. Rather than finding a way to make it right, they acted like replacing the part they damaged was somehow me “costing them business.” That’s beyond insulting—it’s pathetic.

To make matters worse, I’ve left multiple voicemails for the service manager with zero response. The silence says everything about the culture of this dealership: avoid responsibility, ignore the customer, and hope the problem disappears.

This is supposed to be a “luxury brand,” yet the treatment here is below the standard of a shady corner shop mechanic. Lexus of Concord has completely failed at the most basic level of customer service.

I will be taking this issue to Lexus corporate, because this dealership clearly has no interest in doing right by their customers. Buyers beware—if they’ll treat a brand-new car and paying customer like this, imagine how little they’ll care once they’ve cashed your check.
