On Sunday, my fiancé and I visited Certified Luxury Dealership because he was interested in trading in his car. We were greeted by Wilson Kim, and from the very beginning, he made the experience outstanding. I mentioned that I wanted to trade in my 2018 Honda CR-V, and without hesitation, he showed me several options. The first CR-V he showed was beautiful, but then he introduced me to a Honda CR-V Hybrid—and I was instantly excited.

Wilson took the time to explain every feature in detail, as well as the trade-in process. I’ve purchased cars from dealerships before, but never had someone explain things so thoroughly. One thing that truly surprised me was learning that payments can be made bi-weekly—something I was never told after buying four Hondas from another dealership. That was a huge selling point for me.

The deal was finalized smoothly, but I was concerned about how I’d get my new car since I arrived in my fiancé’s car. To my surprise, I was told my CR-V Hybrid would be delivered to my home. Even more impressive, on a rainy Wednesday, Wilson personally drove it to my house. That level of service is rare and deeply appreciated.
