I thought these guys were very helpful that day but the next day I had to bring the car to a shop. $5700 in repairs so far and more are needed. I think they sold me a lemon. Don't go to them if your like me and don't know much about what to look for in used cars. The guy at the repair shop said the lot across the highway are much more reliable.

This dealership was by far one of the best experiences I have had I worked with both Clara and Marvin and they were amazing. I left with a 2014 Silverado and it's a beauty.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on December 17th. During the sale I was told the only issues with the car were a cracked bumper and a small exhaust rattle. I was okay with that and decided to move forward because of the dealership’s positive reviews. The salesperson I worked with, Allen, was very helpful, and the buying process itself went smoothly.

After taking the vehicle home, I began noticing a slight shake while the car was idling. On January 15th I took the car to a shop to diagnose the vibration, perform an oil change, and repair the exhaust rattle. The shop performed a tune-up, replacing the spark plugs and ignition coils, hoping the shake would go away.

On January 20th I received bad news—the engine has low compression in two cylinders. I am now stuck with a vehicle that needs a full engine rebuild costing over $15,000.

I understand I signed an “AS IS” agreement, and legally they may not be obligated to help, but situations like this are very concerning. Major internal engine failure does not typically appear overnight, and they knew that vehicle had a bad engine.

Please be cautious before buying a vehicle here. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
