Google Reviews

We bought my husbands truck here about 3 years ago and liked the experience so much, we came back a second time when I traded my car in.
They are not pushy at all and actually let you look around at the inventory on your own if thats what you prefer but are still there to answer questions.
The whole process to buy/trade once we picked a car even seemed quicker then other dealerships. (Of course its still going to take a bit of time)
Ive recommended them to other people and will continue going here myself if we ever need another car.

I bought my first vehicle here at Auto Outlet a week ago with help from Dan, and it was a great experience as a first time buyer. I would definitely recommend them! They have a great team and I didn’t once feel like they were just interested in my money. They were mindful of my time and money, and I really appreciated their desire to build relationships and connections with people. I will continue to recommend them, and I look forward to working with them again for future purchases!

We dealt with Michael (the dad) on the phone and with Mike (the son) in person. Both were very down to earth, easy-going, yet professional. We live about an hour away and asked for accurate descriptions of the vehicle before making the trip. The descriptions they gave were spot on. They didn't hide or minimize anything. In the end, we liked the vehicle, and they gave us a very fair price. The next time we're in the market for a used vehicle, we will start our search here.

I was thoroughly impressed with Auto Outlet of Tacomas vehicles. I could tell immediately they only sold quality vehicles.

We bought a 2016 Buick, it was the smoothest transaction I have ever had buying a car. Mike Scannell, Jr. was a genuine guy, never pressured us once. He gave me my space to inspect the vehicle and feel comfortable with it.

My wife and I felt it was a very wholesome experience and we are very happy with the vehicle and the deal we got.

We would highly recommend Auto Outlet of Tacoma to any friends or family.

I had an outstanding car buying experience thanks to Dan and Mike. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me with the car my son was focused on-not just making a sale. They took the time to answer all our questions, made the process smooth and stress-free, and we never felt pressured at any point.

What really stood out was their commitment even after the purchase. I had a minor issue come up with the vehicle, and Dan and Mike didn’t hesitate to step in and make it right quickly and efficiently. That level of follow-through and customer care is rare these days. My son loves his new car.

If you’re looking for a team that values honesty, service, and going the extra mile, I highly recommend working with Dan and Mike at Auto Outlet of Tacoma. They’ve earned my trust and future business for sure!
