Bought a jeep took it back the 2 hrs to have the windshield replaced due to it being smashed when i went to pick it up. Told them noise in front end and the heated seats weren’t workin. He said have your husband check it out and let me know what it needs which was done and he was told what it needed. Supposedly ordered the parts and shipped them over a week ago to my house but we haven’t received the parts. And to top it off two weeks having the vehicle it breaks down and he was notified and says you should have brought it to me and I would have fixed  it. Mind you the vehicle wouldn’t start and had to be towed leaving me and my child stranded at 9 pm at night with no vehicle. But wouldn’t reimburse for the repair because it wasn’t brought to his shop. Very disappointed with this dealership. Handed over 10k cash as a down payment to be treated like this. Still awaiting on parts for the front end and the heated seats  issue to be fixed. Would not recommend unless you want bad customer service after the purchase. Also claims we spoke multiple times in regard to the issue but as you see the text Chain there was no response from him! As of 4/20 still no plate vehicle has been sitting since 4/3 due to expired tags. Reached out several times with no resolution from the dealership. Front end issue from the start and just received the  shock but no resolution on the sway bar it needs. And who only replaces one shock so I have to buy three more shocks and the sway bar. Heater seats still haven’t been addressed or even an appt made to have them fixed. Very poor customer service after purchase. But has hand out when you go to purchase a vehicle of there’s.

I just wanna say started out looking at one car sells people here help me pick out what I wanted. It is very patient with me. They took their time. They got the right price for me and I appreciate everything that they did Dame Lynn sales. Finance man was all good and I will definitely recommend anybody who’s looking for a car to come see these guys they will take their time. They will take baby steps with you and you can even get on their nerves and they’ll call you every day to make sure you got what you want and I appreciate them thank you.

I just want to take a moment to say how much I loved the service at Momentum Motors. From start to finish, they were absolutely excellent. The team took great care of me, made the entire process smooth, and treated me with professionalism and respect.

They truly went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I highly recommend Momentum Motors to anyone looking for outstanding service and a team that genuinely cares about their customers!

If I could leave zero stars, I would I bought a car  back in October drove the Car home a hour in a half away .. the next morning the Car had 1 billion  lights flashing on the dash took the car to a local shop that they suggested .. they told the mechanics to only do an oil change. OK got the car back lights flash back on the dash again after a few miles so this time I took the car to the local  Honda dealership they diagnosed the Car comes back with a blown head gasket and several more things wrong. I called up Damon and Richard Let them know what was wrong with the Car They scheduled for a pick up. I had them pick it up from the dealership. I called my finance company and let them know what was going on with the car as well .. the Car goes all the way back to charlotte .. They took it to one of their mechanic shops. Spoke with a guy at the mechanic shop I got the receipt invoice for all the service work that they had done. Come to find out that they in fact had to pay for a head gasket.. Damon told me Honda misdiagnosed my Car and that I needed to get a refund for  diagnostics test ..,so instead of him being the man that he is and telling the truth  he’s telling me that I had faulty wiring . Which was lies.. let’s not forget to mention I had the car two days and didn’t get it back until a month and a half after purchasing it .. The mechanic shop that fixed my car call me weeks later after me picking it up, informing me that momentum car group hasn’t even paid the shop for fixing my car.. My car has so many dents and dings from whoever hauling for them.. I’m in the process of trading out of it .. what was once a dream car for me they ruined it.. the whole business dealership as a whole needs to be shut down …so much janky stuff  going on and unprofessional . scamming folks out of their  hard earned money with these cars .. like previous reviewers said  it takes several months just to get a tag they lie about the cars , lie about Carfax. run don’t purchase or even look  in the direction of this car lot .. Save yourself the debt and trouble going somewhere else that’s appreciate the customers and not do you any type of way just to make a sale .!
