2010 Chrysler Town and Country 3.8 Touring

Rebuilt title (minor body damage that was fixed long time ago) Has 233,339 miles I have owned this van for 5 years. Engine runs good. It has transmission related codes (see pics) After about 30 mins of normal driving it will not shift past 40 miles. But if u turn engine off and on again it will drive normal for another 30 mins. It could be as simple as bad transmission fluid or a bad sensor but I haven't checked. Also has ESP/ Traction control light cause the steering wheel angle position sensor need to be reset at Chrysler dealer for about $200 (I already asked) Cold ac/ heat. Rear view camera Sliding doors I bought another car so I am selling this car for someone else who can take care of the issue. During my 5 year ownership. I have replaced many parts in this van to include Wheels hubs Spark plugs and wires Water pump Heater hoses Break calipers CV Axles Starter and alternator So lot of new parts in it. All tires still good. Regular oil changes every 5k miles done by myself. 2 key fobs that has remote start.
