This is it. I am selling my 2013 BMW X5 xDrive35i. I have a clean title in hand, the original factory manuals, and two fully coded BMW keys. Because I work from home I’ve put low miles on it- tho driven to out of state twice. Currently has only 114,268 original miles. The inline-6 twin-scroll turbo (N55 engine) runs beautifully with kick. There are absolutely no warning lights on the dash, and all system diagnostics 100% clear. ✨ THE HIGHLIGHTS: IMMACULATE "SINGLE RIDER" INTERIOR Many E70 BMWs on the market have interiors that are usually heavily worn from families. Mine is the complete opposite: • Single Owner, No Kids, Non-Smoker: I am single with no kids, meaning this car has essentially had only one rider. The passenger and back seats have seen virtually zero use. • 90% near Flawless Leather: The black leather seats are in basically immaculate condition with no major wear, rips, or cracks. • Carpet Protection: The carpets are in beautiful shape. It comes with the original factory mats, plus a set of durable weather mats on top of those. The passenger side literally still has the protective used dealership plastic on the carpet from when it was purchased. • Legal Virginia Tint: I added high-quality, completely legal Virginia-compliant window tint on all doors last fall, which looks sharp and keeps the car cool. 🔧 RECENT PREMIUM MAINTENANCE Unlike some other used BMWs that come with a list of hidden mechanical problems, I have already done some heavy lifting and expensive preventative maintenance this year: • Brand New Starter (Replaced Feb 2026 – $1,250 repair) • Brand New H7 Battery (Installed March 2026) • New Rear Brakes & Rotors (Installed March 2026) • New Front Control Arm (Installed March 2026) • Fresh Oil Change (Done in March-Apr? good until 118,800 miles) • New OEM Filters: Replaced all air filter sets myself using premium BMW Mann filters in May 2026. The turbo N55 zooms and responds-though I've only piped it a couple of times to go around slow traffic. 🚗 FULL TRANSPARENCY (Minor Disclosures) I believe in 100% honesty so no one's time is wasted. The car is mechanically excellent, but has a couple of minor tech quirks typical for this generation: • Comfort Access Handles: The touch-unlock feature on the door handles is currently unresponsive (the passenger side didn't work at purchase, and the others stopped about 2 months ago; it likely just needs a system reset/re-code). The key fobs lock and unlock the car perfectly. • The Trunk Liftgate: The rear hydraulics are I installed last year. The electronic auto-rise motor is bypassed. To open it, you simply unlock it, manually lift it gently an inch, and the new hydraulics smoothly guide it the rest of the way up. Includes the plastic trunk tow-unlock tool. • Exterior: The paint looks great. There are a few minor scratches on the side mirrors from the previous owner, but nothing egregious.
