Worst customer service experience!! No accountability whatsoever. Let's begin with the delivery time. I picked a day which worked for my schedule but received a call two days before saying he was close to my home. I was at work. It would have been nice to know a little earlier of the time change. So I sent my mom for a little bit. Wasn't a big thing, just an extra headache because I had to contact the office. The MAJOR issue was of trash and boxes being left from so called delivery driver. His excuse was he got a call and had to leave. But initially pushed the boxes to the front door as if about to haul off. Every furniture place I bought from hauled off their mess. But if was an "phone call" why wasn't that communicated to me instead of others services he provided. I was floored in the condition my BRAND NEW home was left in. Even scratched the floor. I called and expressed to the driver and owner about how upsetting this was. To only to be belittled, made me feel as if boxes were just boxes. Kept being cut off. Which made me even more frustrated. That was pure laziness and disgust. Regardless I am the customer and I should have been accommodated a lot better. The delivery and owner were so rude!! You would think the owner would of scolded the driver but he no defended him. I was hung up on. Only thing I was offered was to have them remove the boxes another day. Hell no!!! After the way I was handled, I was highly uncomfortable and didn't feel safe. I could went to Ashely's or Havertys but wanted to keep money in the community. NEVER AGAIN!

The owner is of this store Keith is professional and kind. They care more about people and how to make them happy first not just trying to make a fast dollar. He listened to our needs and delivered it himself when the driver was late. Above and beyond. Now the actual furniture well that’s on another level. We’ve been wanting the cloud couch for over three years now and he made our dreams come true! It’s so soft and comfortable and exactly what we wanted. I have chemotherapy often And coming home to take a nap on this bad boy is going to be epic!

My experience was amazing. I was able to furnish my home in one place. The prices are unbeatable and the customer service was on point. I got exactly what I wanted. I will be referring everyone to Leas Furniture!!!!!!

Owner gave me a steal of deal on my daughter's new bed, and she absolutely loved it!! The guys came and set it all up fast and easy and really cheap too as well. I would HIGHLY recommend mattress one for you sleep needs and furniture, the store owner has the best deals ever!!

I’m a lil conflicted with them. My 1st bedroom set was amazing and their customer was amazing which is why I went back to them again. I’m the type who likes to stick with the same people if they are good. Well this 2nd time I got another bedroom  set. I wasn’t told it was only a 4pc set instead of a 5pc so I had to wait another week and a half for the chest. Then I paid the 150 for them to put it together. It’s the wooden frame which i absolutely hate. The guy who put it together left one of the legs off the middle and I didn’t realize until I’m sleeping and I hear cracking and the middle of the bed going in. I take the mattress off and that what I see. I let Keith know about it. He didn’t come back out until he brought the chest which more the frame start breaking. They came out and got some different wood pieces made which they rushed through to get it done because one of them the screw was bent to the side and the wood piece wasn’t attached. Now the same thing is happening. I’m not calling or messaging again because I feel like they really don’t care or have a truly understanding when people have issues. Very upsetting and disappointing. Love the bedset but hate I can’t sleep peacefully because of the frame. Have to figure out how to get this fix. They want the extra the put the stuff together but don’t want to do it right. I feel like they rush because they do everything in that pickup truck so everytime they have a delivery they have to go back to their warehouse which takes up time.
