Inflation Instructions To ensure safety and proper sizing, follow these steps: Preparation: Let the ball reach room temperature before inflating. Remove the white air plug from the hole on the ball. Initial Fill: Use the included pump or a bicycle pump with a conical adapter. Inflate the ball to approximately 80% of its size (about 52 cm). Rest Period: Insert the plug and let the ball sit for 24 hours to allow the PVC material to stretch. Final Inflation: After 24 hours, continue inflating until it reaches its full 65 cm diameter. You can verify this by placing two boxes 65 cm apart; the ball should fit snugly between them. Secure: Quickly remove the pump and push the plug in firmly to prevent air from escaping.
