Description

This is a Franklin photographic industries president dual action film splicer for 16 mm or 8 mm film sound or silent. Comes with the bill of sales from when it was bought from The Best of Broadway on antique road in Tacoma on 316 of 2012 they paid $100 plus tax for it. I don't believe the person that bought it actually used it I'm pretty sure it was just for display in their home. It has the instruction manual with it. It is really quite a piece to look at. I don't know because I don't know anything about splicing but I believe that it still works. Please refer to pictures for further details. Available in Lakewood
