Tag flaws, punctuation flaws and in great condition. There are 2-3 tiny areas that seemed to have gotten some dirt or dust from school books while I was moving. It most likely can be wiped off with water but I’ll leave that to potential buyers to figure out. I’ve seen this item priced on numerous sites and had an appraiser look into this as well. The range of prices go from $2500 to $7500. I will sell for $500 OBO.
