From start to finish, my experience with this dealership was nothing short of AMAZING. Buying a Tesla can feel overwhelming, but they made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable.

What really stood out was how they made it happen. No games, no pressure just genuine effort, transparency, and top-tier customer service. They went above and beyond to get me into my Tesla, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

BAD BUSINESS. i had been discussing a car with Tailyn since Feb 19th. yesterday was the 23rd. i drove 4 hours to get a vehicle and even spoke with her while on the road just for her to tell me she couldn’t get me the car. from the 19th-23rd NOT ONCE was i told i could not get the car. She even continued to ask for stuff on my way to the dealership. She greeted me first then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t get me the car and tried to put me in something else. instead of wasting my time i left not even 30 mins into the visit. that was the first sign for me to know she was not really trying to help me out. HORRIBLE experience. She had AMPLE time to tell me she couldn’t get me the vehicle but instead let me drive 4 hrs to the location just to be told she couldn’t get me the car. other than that the staff was nice.

When I tell you tailyn was the best car salesman we ever met, there could not be any other better. The team and her was professional, smart, caring, the best in Florida. I’m so happy we chose to come here….. oh! They also feed us so yeah!!!!👍🏼

If I could leave zero stars, I would this has been my worst car buying experience ever they will make you get into a car 1000%. There is not an issue with that but what they do is they put you on a spot deliveries which allows them to keep you keep your money after you keep the car for five days. You’re better off paying for a rental for five days if you’re if that’s the case because they definitely will take the car back from you and they will cover their behind so much to where in the paperwork it states that you get charged $100 per day every day of the spot delivery until the sale is finalized and $.88 per mile, so regardless your Scrooge, you will not be able to get a refund. You will not be able to get your money back and you will also not have a car towards the end. These people take advantage of people in bad situations with credit. They will make you think that you’re getting a car and they will allow you to take it but trust me make sure you read the delivery page where it says the $.88 and the hundred dollars. This place is a scam
