recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and it broke down on my drive home to the Bay Area immediately after taking delivery. A diagnostic showed bad fuel system components, but the dealership only replaced the battery hoping it would clear the codes. After the battery replacement, the same codes for a bad fuel pump remain.

When I reached out, I was told the car was sold “as is.” While I understand what that means, an “as is” sale should not excuse a vehicle that breaks down within hours of purchase. Selling a car that fails immediately after leaving the lot raises serious concerns about the dealership’s inspection process and good faith in selling reliable vehicles.

I’ve spoken directly with Mr. Albert as my sales guy , whom declined to take responsibility or assist with  further repairs apart from  the diagnostic and battery repairs which where not the problem  the car had that caused it to fail on the drive home.

please do not do business here ,this business has shady sales practice and have a F with the Better Business bureau as they have multiple complaints filed against them and people having the same issue where the car they've been sold fails very shortly after being sold to them .

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Albert Aboujaoude who provided EXCELLENT Customer Service. I purchased used 2015 Ram Dodge truck for my grandson Ryan. His friendly personality made me feel trusting to him. I wasn’t given good customer at my local used dealers and totally appreciated Albert’s kindness. After the purchase he gave the truck an oil service & fuelled up!! I highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle to take the drive to Norco All In Auto! You’ll be glad you did!!

My girlfriend and I recently purchased two vehicles: a 2020 Chevy Silverado and a 2020 GMC Acadia, paying cash for both vehicles with a total of approximately $40,000.

Regarding the Chevy Silverado, after spending several hours at the dealership, we were informed that the truck would be delivered to us. When it was delivered, none of the previously agreed-upon repairs had been completed: the digital screen was still damaged, the tire pressure sensor issue had not been resolved, and the check engine light remained on. We returned the truck for repairs, but it has now been nearly two weeks and the vehicle has not yet been returned.

Regarding the GMC Acadia, the vehicle is experiencing major engine issues. When I brought it home, a mechanic discovered that the car had zero oil. After paying for an oil change less than a few weeks ago, the vehicle again has no oil, and it is burning oil at a rapid rate, producing black oil and likely requiring repairs estimated at $8,000–$10,000.

I reached out to Albert at the dealership regarding these issues. He was very rude on the phone, denied any responsibility, and stated that the vehicle was sold “as-is,” claiming that I was not forced into the purchase and that there was nothing the dealership could do. After a verbal dispute, he threatened me and hung up the phone. He is now refusing to take any of my calls.

I had a thoroughly disappointing experience at All in Auto Group in Norco. My family and I were genuinely interested in purchasing an Infiniti Q50 from their inventory, and while Chris, our initial sales associate, a little helpful, the rest of the experience fell woefully short.

After spending nearly three hours at the dealership, we were ready to move forward with the sale. However, we encountered significant issues with the finance team, particularly with the short finance guy. He repeatedly went back on his word regarding our negotiation for just a $20 reduction in our monthly payment. Initially, he claimed he had spoken to the "owner" and that our request was denied, which seemed odd given the minor nature of the request.

As we waited, the finance guy returned with yet another excuse, stating he had spoken with the owner in person, who had also refused to entertain our reasonable request. When we asked if we could speak directly with the owner, we were told he was busy on a call. Our suspicions were further heightened when one of the salesmen told us that the owner wasn’t even present at the dealership.

In a truly bizarre attempt to prove his point, the finance guy decided to take us outside for what he called a "magic trick." He pointed to a man in a glass room on the phone, claiming, “See that’s the manager.” When we approached the man, he quickly dismissed the finance guy’s claims by stating that he was not the manager and had never spoken with him about our situation.

At that point, it was clear that we were being misled, and we decided to leave the dealership. The entire experience reeked of dishonesty and unprofessionalism. I highly recommend steering clear of All in Auto Group, especially the Norco location. It's disheartening to see such a lack of integrity and respect for customers in a business that should prioritize transparency and service. Save yourself the hassle and frustration—look elsewhere for your vehicle needs.

Bought a used truck for landscape work. It was as advertised,no frills, nice salesman. Some really nice cars/trucks to choose from. Every car carries a no warranty on it so go over,test drive,take your own mechanic. I discovered an oil pan leak, brought it to the salesmans attention and was repaired in an hour after signing the contract. Bring a blanket or jumpsuit to examine the undercarriage.
