Bought this gorgeous genesis coupe. Jay the owner helped us out with the whole process. Any issues we noticed with the car they inspected and fixed up. The end process went a lot faster because he had started up the paperwork for us ahead of time. Just make sure when you call to check on your car to ask for him.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I spent around $250 on a pre-purchase inspection, which I paid for out of my own pocket, only to be met with poor communication and a lack of urgency or interest in actually selling the car.
After investing both time and money, I expected basic professionalism and follow-up, but instead it felt like I was chasing them every step of the way. If a customer is serious enough to pay for an inspection, that should show clear intent to buy. Unfortunately, that effort was not respected. I should've trusted my gut with the bad reviews I saw on here, but I was trying to be optimistic.
I would not recommend this dealership if you value clear communication or a smooth buying process.

Absolute trash of a company. Bought a car a few months ago from the owner, jawad Baloch, and whenever I tried contacting him/the company with issues regarding the paperwork for the car. I would try calling him or the company but for weeks they kept dodging my calls. I would leave voicemail after voicemail. He Also tried scamming us out of 70$ that he said he was going to pay for The smog check. I took it myself to get the smog check, I paid, and was told by him that he would give us a refund. But nothing, days passed and I kept leaving voicemail after voicemail. After a very long while of trying to get in contact with him,  he called. But he didn’t mention anything about paying me. Just something about my registration. I asked him about the money and he finally Sent it. I know he would have not sent me anything if I didn’t mention it. Horrible communication. I would not recommend buying or leasing a car from here. This place is a joke.
