Selling as full set if you want individual pieces just message me. Comes with CAP flat bench, spotter arms for safety, 35LB 7ft Olympic barbell. 4 5LBS weights and 2 25LBS plates. Comes with heavy duty clips. The rack also has a pull up bar at the top that is pretty stable. Can sell the mats underneath if you want but it will cost more.
