Went to Auto Nation Chandler Honda on April 15th. Saw a vehicle I like. Spoke with Tom Park. He was nice and answered questions and was not pushy. This is important to me when purchasing a $60k car. Told him I would be back in the morning and needed a day to think about it. Came back the next day asked them to look at my car for trade in value. Got way more than KBB. Was in and out from 9:30 and was having lunch at 11:30. New car is amazing 2026 Passport Trailsport Elite. Gregg was awesome and accepted everything I asked for. Amazing people amazing job to all. Raul was great Very laid-back not pushy let us enjoy the vehicle test drive and Mark with Finance was very pleasant to work with overall they made it easy with great rates would recommend to anyone!

I would like to give a shout out to Jose Rascon, from the sales team. I went to the dealer looking to trade in a car and get our with a good deal, and the way he show me the cars with no pressure or rush to sell make me feel comfortable. Never had an experience on a dealer before like this one.

When reviewed the unit, it has an small paint imperfection (chip), but sales manager reaction was pretty good and compensation for finding was fair.

Gladly will look into this dealer and give a shot to AutoNation in general for my next purchase.

I bought a certified pre-owned 2023 Mazda CX-50 from this dealership earlier this year. What started out as a decent car buying experience turned into a bit of a nightmare. I purchased the car, with Raul as my salesman, and had no problems with the initial experience (except for some pressuring to buy add-on warranties for a good 15 minutes from the finance manager). I left the lot feeling good about my purchase, and drove back down to Tucson. To my surprise, the next morning while driving, the check-engine light came on. I contacted the dealership about the issue and pulled the OBD-2 code off of it. They said to bring it back in and they’d “take care of it”. I drove back up to Phoenix and dropped my car off. While it was there, I was not contacted about my car and when I returned from a trip, I had to talk to multiple people to even find out where my car was. They had sent it to a Mazda dealership without telling me. I had to pay $200 for a rental car (plus all the Uber rides from the rental lot to/from the dealership). They ended up giving me the car back a few days later, saying the engine showed no codes and “nothing was wrong”. Literally the next day, the light came back on, for a fuel level sensor issue. I spoke to Raul and was told I could take it to the Tucson dealership to have it fixed, as it was still under CPO warranty. I did that, but was told by the Tucson Autonation that I could not be given a loaner vehicle and neither dealership would pay for a rental car. When I reached out to Autonation Chandler about this and about being reimbursed for a rental car while they fixed my car under warranty, I received radio silence. Even the Tucson dealership was having their calls ignored when they tried to reach out to Autonation Chandler. I am extremely frustrated, have spent about $500 in rental cars and Ubers, just for my car to still have the issue. Not to mention, they failed to send my registration documents to MVD in time and my temp plate expired before they finally sent it in. I have ultimately given up on getting it corrected by Autonation, and would highly recommend not buying a used car from this dealership. The certified-preowned warranty sounds good, but they’ll make you pay with time and inconvenience if you ever need to use it.
