I had them for about 2 years but sat in a storage for a year They work perfectly we down sized and dont fit in our new place so thats the only reason they been sitting I bought the set for 5k but they are collecting dust and honestly we thought we would have had a bigger place by now I cant tell you everything about them besides the best at energy and water consumption I left that picture so you can look them up They have scratches from sweaters and keys being thrown on top of them or the detergent but nothing heavy
