Taken off a 106k running NB Miata. Ticking like crazy after rebuilding with timing off on intake side. It threw no codes but ran with a weird noise. Honestly I still think it works. Dm if you want vid of noise. Comes with no gasket, but when I installed my new one I reused my old one.
