Absolutely Disappointed — Avoid This Dealer

We bought a truck from this dealership at the end of May, and within just a few days (by June 2nd), we brought it back because it was already showing signs of transmission issues. Because the truck jerked a few times. They dismissed our concerns and claimed it was just a battery issue, which they supposedly cleaned. No real inspection, no real help.

Now, less than two months later, the truck completely died due to a confirmed transmission failure, needs to replace. and we had to tow truck back home. When we reached out for support, the dealer flat-out refused to help, hiding behind a conveniently short warranty: 1,000 miles or 30 days. We drove just over 1,050 miles — which includes trips from Modesto to the Bay Area (approx 90 miles one way). That’s not excessive use — it’s just less than normal driving.

Bottom line: They sold us a faulty vehicle, ignored early warning signs, and refused to take responsibility once things go bad. We’re now stuck with a dead truck and a huge repair bill.

I bought a 2016 BMW from this establishment and the process couldn’t have been smoother. Family owned business like these are more attentive to your questions and concerns than brand name dealers. Went for a test drive and Angel set me up with everything I needed after deciding to purchase. My bank had no issues setting up the transaction either. This is a place worthy of your business.

We purchased a vehicle from Ray and Angel in December. It immediately had issues. They honored the 30 day warranty and made every effort to repair the car. It turned out to be the transmission so they offered to get me another car at auction and use the previous car as a trade-in. I am very happy with the new vehicle and grateful to Ray and Angel for their honesty and fair dealings. Really good people. Would buy from them again! I didn’t give full marks because the process was slow due to it being a small family owned operation.
