This is a deeded timeshare that can be sold or passed to a family member or friend. The Tahiti Village is beautiful. It is located on the end of the strip closest to the airport. It is a great family resort. There is a sand beach entry pool, hot tubs, child pool, adult only hot tub, beautiful lazy river, outdoor bar, grill areas, luau in season, tiki torches, lounge chairs, on site activities, shuttle to downtown and so much more. It is on the south end of the strip. Far enough away to be quiet and close enough to join in the fun on the strip daily/nightly. Close to shopping. The air smells like coconut and lime.
