I was in the market for used to work truck I checked out numerous dealerships in the OC area then I was searching on Google and found Dons Auto Center in Fontana. The prices are very fair so I made the drive down to their dealership all the way from Huntington Beach to check out the truck. I really liked it, but there was another dealership down the street, Pacific Auto Center so I went there after the fact to look at their inventory to compare. I was appalled by the fact that they have so many hidden add-ons of useless accessories I didn’t even want and or need and they wouldn’t work on the price much at all and were so pushy and aggressive during the negotiation process. I ended up walking out and driving right down the street back to Dons to talk to Alex the salesman. He was awesome. During the sale of the truck Travis answered all my questions thoroughly in detail and made the process so smooth. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone for a hassle free car/truck purchasing experience!

December 2024: I found out about Dons just on my normal commute and always thought they had a great selection. I always do research and I was also pleasantly surprised with their reviews and rating! (Most dealerships have 2-3 star ratings) Operating a business that truly takes care of their customers and offers a high level of service does take a lot of work (we also work hard in our business to offer that same level of customer service)
Everytime we are looking to add a new van to our fleet, I take a look at their website to see what they have. Luckily this time we saw a van on their website that fit everything we needed. Brand, body style, mileage, and accessories.
We went in to take a look! There must have been an error on their website booking because it allowed us to pick 7:30am, but they weren’t open until 9. (I should have checked when they opened) No big deal, things happen. We waited around and are so glad we did! We did the test drive and everything checked out. Travis helped us get this financed through our business. He even threw in some new tires since the tread was getting a little low and he is ordering a new rod that was missing for the ladder rack. Seriously going above and beyond for us. He had it cleaned and ready in no time.

I will absolutely be coming back to Dons and will be specifically asking for Travis for our next and all future purchases. I also found out that I can have them search for a van that we need if they don’t have any in stock!
Such a smooth process and a killer deal on the perfect van for our business.

6 month update........ we put 10k miles more on the truck and pulled our 1200lbs 5th wheel,  4 or 5 times to go camping. The 2500hd Truck is still running strong and works great. don't be afraid of high miles just be sure to stay on top of all your maintenance if you buy used... no pressure sales places are very hard to find these days and this place is great.
