I had a warranty issue with an LG fridge related to our freezer handle.  I purchased a replacement handle from A Plus Appliance from Ebay, and I just want you to know they went way above and beyond the call of duty to do their best to fix me up.  Their service is great and their pricing is very good as well.  Good folks!

Great experience at A Plus Appliance! I recently purchased a washer, dryer, and stove, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, the prices were fair, and the appliances were delivered as promised. Everything works great, and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend!

I truly love this store!! The moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff!! My sales gal Ariana!! She was super nice, and pleasant to me!! She showed, and gave a tour of the sales floor. Informed me of all the specials they had going on. I ended buying a matching Samsung front loading washer, dryer set with pedestals along with a beautiful side by side Kitchenaid refrigerator!! I was also greeted by the manager, and owner Alyssa!! The techs, and make ready crew  Nick, and Roger were super nice, and ran some tests before the appliances were delivered!! Honestly I do, and will continue making future purchases along with creating referrals for other customers as well!!

The only thing I’ll say is the upselling is craaazy! The employee told me that the most dented one I saw was the brand everyone there gets..it was a good price so I got it..failed to mention the dryer has an end of cycle train horn that can be heard from miles away.. just be careful and do your own research if you come here and don’t take advice because they’re just trying to make a sale. Oh and read the warranty really well!

Erika provided phenomenal customer service! She was extremely knowledgeable about the options available and what works for us, even looked into what they might have coming in. We found a gorgeous washer & drier set with delivery & removal of our old all with peace of mind! The process was quick, easy and it felt like a genuine conversation between caring moms rather than a “salesy” ordeal. We found our place for our appliance needs. Thank you Erika!
