Richard is an amazing salesman. He is on top of everything, great with communication,  persistent, and honest. He is honestly the only thing that got me to drive 45 minutes to this dealership rather than using on locally.

LUIS however is horrible with customer service, once they get your money they are done with you. He is belittling and acts like its a burden to handle customer inquiries. Mind you I am only trying to get him to complete the process that they started.

To get my tags transferred after sale has been a nightmare. I called for 2 weeks start and could never get anyone and when I did Luis was condensending and nasty. If it was a case where I could return the car and go somewhere else i would.
My issue is still not resolved by the way, still have paper tags.

Great service  efficient  with paperwork kind and great performance  with costumer I'll give 10 stars if was able too I'm extremely  happy with my purchase

These people are rip off to give a receipt to someone for $1000 and say it’s not refundable that’s bullshit. They should give at least 30 days and decide if they want to have the car or not. They just ripped off a friend of mine with $1000 kept his thousand dollars Now he’s stuck with the payment that he cannot afford because they’re not willing to work with him horrible rip offs
