The crew at the Autonation  worked do hard Danny Vega had to fight for me for the extended warranty I purchased form FORD but they made it extremely difficult but finally got the transmission replacement.  He always  let me know where we were in the process.  Thank you again  for your assistance.

I had to take care of this while in another state. My son is a Marine and it is his vehicle. They allowed me to handle everything by phone and were very nice about drop off and pick up times based on my son's difficult work hours. They were professional and a lot of work needs to be done but for now we settled on the main needs. We will be back to work on some of the other items over time.
