I did some research online and found out that this scanner error is common to this printer and all that needs to be done to erase the error message is to reset the printer. I sell a lot of printers and electronic devices and I simply do not have the time to research resetting it. This would be a good printer for someone who is familiar with Epsons and how they work. It should be an easy fix and you will get a lot of printer for the price.
