Measurements are with the decorative upper back piece but that could be removed if you needed it a couple inches shorter. Condition: Scuffs, scratches, soils, needs cleaning, a sweet/smoke smell emanates when you open the drawers. Bottom drawer is a little sticky, one of the caster wheels tends to fall off going over bumps. Other than that, a solid piece. Orders: This item is in back and not on our sales floor.
