I appreciate their dedication to making the best deal for me. Wish it took a little bit less time but it’s okay I drove off and I ended up in the truck I’ve always wanted. I’ve been to dealerships where they don’t like to make the time to make it work with you. Caleb, in my opinion, I think is the best Salesman of them all, no offense. He’s kind, patient, and understanding. Made me feel comfortable. He’s a true gentlemen and gets the job done professionally. A lot of respect for him and the managers at this dealership.

I’m blessed to have had Jhonatan help me with the purchase of my car. We did hit some speed bumps as expected in this industry, and I’m amazed as to how jhonatan handled the situation, professional and courteous and attentive of course to my concerns. I would definitely recommend him due to the level of experience he demonstrated and especially because of his capabilities of which I witnessed first hand 👌🏻.  Jhonatan stay blessed. 😇

THEY SCAM PEOPLE!! Nothing is the same price as there website or Facebook marketplace place! I’ve had a 4 hours drive to go there cuz the guy give a price on the phone about the car and when I arrived there everything was 3 times the prices they have lot of cars that’s true but they’re SCAMMERS!!! The car do I wanted was $11000 when I arrived there the car become $23000 don’t go there I finished paying Ubers more than $200 to come back home because of this scammers

Title: Disappointed — Hidden hybrid fault and no accountability

My husband and I drove several hours from Las Vegas to buy a used F-150 from this dealership on 12/19 from Trey. We were excited about finally upgrading our family truck.

We asked for transparency up front and confirmed the out-the-door price before leaving Nevada. When he arrived and scanned the truck with an OBD reader, a high-voltage hybrid system fault code (U3523) appeared — a serious hybrid electrical issue. The ECU history suggested the code had been cleared earlier.

When we asked for documentation confirming the repair or warranty coverage, or any compensation for the multiple hours of travel and time away from our baby if we’d have to return later for a hybrid repair, the dealership refused to provide help or flexibility.  We only asked for $500 reduction in price.  A very fair amount to cover gas and hotel.  The sales manager REFUSED.

We ended up walking away, exhausted and disappointed. The entire experience felt avoidable if the fault had been disclosed from the beginning.

We sincerely hope others insist on full transparency, request itemized out-the-door numbers, and scan the vehicle before purchasing.

We expected honesty and care, and left feeling dismissed instead.

***Manager Jose spoke to my husband after leaving the dealership, and offered to try to make things right. I will gladly change this review if that ends up being the case.

George helped us out tremendously.  Originally the Hyundai Nexo was what we were interested in, but left with a 2022 Chevy Equinox! They worked with us and got us a great deal that fit within our monthly budget.  Happy doing business with George and the crew, I'd happily come back in a few months for my daughters car once shes ready too!   Thanks for the pizza, and the hospitality while getting our deal done!
