Description
This is a blue star sapphire is an incredibly rare type of corundum that displays a striking six-rayed star, a phenomenon known as asterism. This glowing star is created by microscopic rutile needle inclusions within the stone and is best viewed under direct overhead light. To showcase this effect, the stone is cut into a rounded cabochon shape rather than a faceted cut. I want to mention that the cost of one like this is anywhere from 100 to 11,000 and I am planning to get it appraised in the next few days I have an apt next week on Wednesday. Once it’s appraised, the price will be raised to the value of the sapphire. So if your smart and want to make a huge come up buy it right now and then you get to make a huge come up if you decide to get it appraised. I’ve already been talking to the gemologist and he is interested in buying it but of course he wants to see it in person. I did email him pics and he is going to see me Wednesday but I’m needing money for my daughter’s bday party so I’m willing to take a loss.
