Bottom is painted Brand new Mercury Gen 2 controller & brand new throttle & shift cables just installed Comes with trailer with fold away hitch so it will fit in your garage. Trailer had bearings done last year. Trailer bunks could use some attention but functional. Can water test with serious buyer,cash in hand..
