XL Cat Tree

This cat tree is in mint condition. I originally got 2 of these enormous trees, and came to realize I have absolutely no need for both of them because 1 is more than enough for my 2 cats to share.. To give a better idea of how truly massive this thing is, I did photograph my adult, fully grown cat on multiple other amazon/costco "XL cat trees" that i also own, and placed the photos side by side with the tree im selling. there is just no comparison lol.. Its honestly the largest ive seen and dimensions are included in the photos. Both of my cats can fit on the top bed or the box house and have ample room left over. The scratching posts are wider than my fully grown cat lol.. Great for a larger breed and very convenient if you have multiple cats at home. I did pay close to $500 for it and would like at least some of it back seeing as it is still brand new.. asking for $300 obo. I can take it apart prior to pick up if it makes it easier to transport (I do still have the assembly directions that ill include with the tree)
