The 1783 classic, reprinted in 1988 hardcover, 406 pages by John Farley, Principal Cook at the London Tavern, with illustrations and lots of old recipes including a variety of meat pies and appendices that include instructions for seafarers and general observations on the breeding of poultry. There is some foxing sprinkled on the books outer pages, and inside the covers but the inside is fine.
