2012 Eclipse Stellar 28QB toy hauler in good condition

We replaced our trailer and are ready to sell our old one. It is in good shape and is ready to go camping. Everything works as it should (fridge, Air Conditioning, heater, water heater, generator, etc.) Some of the features include: Aluminum frame (not the wood junk) pump station. Wired for air compressor (air compressor not included). Wired for flag pole light. Good tires that were installed in Nov. 2023 Good batteries. Two TV's, one with DVD player. 12v Inverter to 120v. Onan 4000 generator. Large bathroom with tons of storage. Front AND rear stabilizer jacks. Includes weight distribution hitch system. Roof is in excellent condition. It was fully replaced about 2 years ago and we stored the trailer indoors when it was not in use. Sliding drawers in pantry. Stainless sink in kitchen. Electric beds in back, with bottom that converts to a couch as well. 31' 6" overall length including rear door hinge and handles. 11' 3" from ramp door to first cabinet. 8' 0" between the walls. 72.5" between the fender wells. 6920 Lbs dry weight. I am sure I'm missing something, but this covers most of it. I have lots more pics - just ask. Please note - this trailer is not new. We used it and took care of it. It was used in the desert. It has some sun fading and It is not perfect - however it is as described and what you see in this post is what you will see in person. Steve
